Bukit Raya sedang mengalami kandas di perairan sedanau tepatnya di karang neneh pada posisi 03º 42’ 02” N – 107º 55’ 607” E. Mendengar informasi tersebut,
2. Pada pukul 13. 30 WIB Personel Posal Sedanau WA dari Pelabuhan Sedanau dengan menggunakan KP. Hiu 04 guna melaksanakan proses evakuasi penumpang KM. Bukit Raya yang kandas tersebut.
3. Pada pukul 14.30 WIB 2 (dua) Unit Sea Rider Lanal Ranai dan 10 personil Lanal Ranai terdiri dari 4 personil Sea Rider dan 6 personil Posal Sabang Mawang WA menuju lokasi kandasnya KM. Bukit raya di perairan karang neneh.
4. Pada pukul 15.00 WIB telah dievakuasi 90 orang penumpang menuju Sedanau, dengan rincian Sbb:
a. Menggunakan KP. Hiu 04 sebanyak 30 orang
b. mengunakan 2 Buah Seareder TNI AL 20 Orang
c. menggunakan pompong masyarakat 40 orang

Jumlah seluruh penumpang diperkirakan 200 orang sehingga penumpang yang belum dievakuasi saat ini sekitar 110 orang.
